This Privacy Policy applies to the Design Compare mobile application and related services operated by SWEET VILLA LTD (the “Service Provider”).
Information obtained and how it is used
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use, and registration is not required. When the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity. This information is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by another means, you may request deletion by contacting harcourtfelix63@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information collected through normal app use because it does not collect such information. Any information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside the Application may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, satisfy legitimate operational or legal requirements, or resolve disputes, after which it will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Data Deletion
Data stored locally by the Application can be removed by clearing the Application’s local data or uninstalling the Application from the device. If you voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, you can request deletion by emailing harcourtfelix63@gmail.com. Requests will be handled subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it holds.

If a security incident involves information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will provide notifications where required by applicable law.

Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
